Faced with the current cases of misuse, commercialization and leakage of Personal Data, following the example of what happens in the modern world, Brazil created the General Law for the Protection of Personal Data - LGPD, in force since September/20, which ensures the right to privacy and data protection citizens' personal data, as well as establishing clear rules for Companies that use this data to develop their activities. Here at SOL IPANEMA, we take good care of you. with your privacy and now we will take even more care of your Data Personal.

For us, here at SOL IPANEMA, the Privacy Policy is our formal commitment to your privacy, how we will treat your Personal data. It is our manifestation of how we will take care of your data with responsibility and professionalism. It's an extension of our affection, our respect to you.

SOL IPANEMA will ask for your Consent to use your Data Personal for a given purpose over a period of time. We will ask to use your Personal Data for the purpose of registering for the provision of our Accommodation Services during your stay here with us. While the Purpose for which we request your Consent lasts to use your Personal Data, we will adopt the procedures and standards reasonable security measures in an effort to protect against access and unauthorized disclosure, as well as to try to prevent the annoying or unwanted communication (spam).

Here at SOL IPANEMA, we have all the affection and respect for Children and Teenagers. We are staunch practitioners and defenders of the Statute of Child and Adolescent. SOL IPANEMA only collects or processes Data Personal Information of Children and Adolescents upon the respective authorization of the their parents or legal guardians and strictly for the purpose of carrying out check-in and offer the necessary services during the stay.

We will share personal information outside SOL IPANEMA if we have a good faith belief that access, use, preservation or Disclosure of information is reasonably necessary to: - Comply with any legislation, regulation, legal process or request applicable government; - Comply with investigation of possible violations; - Detect, prevent or otherwise deal with fraud, problems technical or security; - Protect from damage to the rights, property or security of SOL IPANEMA, of our guests, as requested or permitted by law. SOL IPANEMA, like the Large Companies, uses Service Providers Services to, at your own expense and behest, manage and support certain aspects of the operation. These Service Providers are obliged contractually to adequately safeguard any Personal Data they receive from SOL IPANEMA and are prohibited from using them for any purpose other than the service under your responsibility. Aside from the aforementioned cases, SOL IPANEMA does not share your Personal Data with Third Parties, unless you have previously agreed to this or there is an obligation based on law.
